Complaints cannot be refused

The experience from the export of handmade Czech glass shows that even in the case of handmade production the Japanese customer does not accept defects. Even in the areas of handmade production, the Japanese are perfectionists. From our point of view, no matter how much the Japanese customer complains about small things, from the experience of Czech companies already operating in Japan, this cannot be ignored. The only way to get future orders is simply to satisfy the Japanese immediately. No complaint can be rejected.
